1 su bardağı toz şeker
1/2 çay bardağı süt
1/2 çay bardağı sıvı yağ
3 yemek kaşığı dolusu kakao
1 paket kabartma tozu
1 paket vanilya
1. 5 su bardağı un
İçine;
2 paket krem şanti
1. 5 su bardağı soğuk süt
2-3 adet muz
Hazırlanışı;
1.İlk olarak kreması için 2 paket kremşanti ve 1,5 buçuk su bardağı sütü bir kapta çırparak buzdolabında bekletelim.
2.Karıştırma kabımıza 3 adet yumurta ve 1 su bardağı toz şekeri alarak 5 dk çırpalım.
3.Yarım çay bardağı süt,yarım çay bardağı sıvıyağ ve 3 yemek kaşığı kakaoyu ekleyerek çırpmaya devam edelim.
4.Daha sonra 1 paket kabartma tozu,1 paket vanilya ve 1,5 su bardağı unu ilave edip çırpalım.
5.Tereyağı ile yağladığımız fırın tepsisine kek hamurunu eşit bir şekilde döküp yayalım.
6.180°C fırında 15 dk pişirelim.
7.Ilımış olan kekimizden su bardağı ile yuvarla daireler çıkartalım.
8.Kalan kek parçalarını robotta un haline getirelim.
9.Kestiğimiz keklerin üzerine kremşantimizi sıkalım.
10.Ardından 2-3 adet dilimlenmiş muz yerleştirelim.
11.Üzerlerini tekrar kremşanti ile kapatalım.
12.Kek kırıntıları ile pastamızın her tarafını kapatalım.
13.Biz bu şekilde 22 adet köstebek pasta elde ettik.
14.İstediğiniz gibi süsleyerek servis edebilirsiniz.
