Muhallebisi için;
3 su bardağı süt
1 çay bardağı şeker
25 gr kakao
3 yemek kaşığı mısır nişastası
1 adet vanilya
80 gr sütlü çikolata
3 paket kakaolu bisküvi
Üzeri için;
1 paket çikolata sosu
Hazırlanışı;
1.Tencereye 3 su bardağı süt,1 çay bardağı şeker,25 g kakao ve 3 yemek kaşığı mısır nişastasını alarak koyulaşıncaya kadar karıştırarak pişirelim.
2.Muhallebinin altını kapattıktan sonra 1 paket vanilya ve 80 g sütlü çikolatayı ilave ederek karıştıralım.
3.Kakaolu bisküvileri kalıbımıza yerleştirip üzerine muhallebimizden bir miktar yayalım.
4.1 kat bisküvi 1 kat muhallebi olacak şekilde üç kat halinde yerleştirelim.
5.Son olarak pişirdiğimiz 1 paket çikolata sosunuda tatlımızın üzerine boşaltarak yayalım.
6.4- 5 saat buzdolabında beklettikten sonra dilimleyerek dilediğiniz şekilde süsleyip servis edebilirsiniz.
