Güllaç Sarma Tarifi
1.1 lt süt ve 1,5 su bardağı şeker tencereye alınarak şekerler eriyinceye kadar ısıtılır.
2.Derince bir tepsiye 1-2 kepçe süt alınır, ikiye kesilmiş güllaçlardan bir parça alınarak tepsiye yerleştirilir.
3.üzerine süt dökülerek yumuşaması sağlanır.
4.Güllaç yaprağının düz kenarına ceviz içi yerleştirilir.
5.Dikkatlice rulo yapılarak, gül böreği şeklinde sarılır.
6.Hazırlanan güllaç sarmalar uygun bir tepsiye yerleştirilir.
7.Kalan sütten bir su bardağı alınarak içerisine isteğe bağlı olarak 1 yemek kaşığı gül suyu eklenir.
8.Süt tepsideki güllaçların üzerine gezdirilir.
9.Tatlıların üzeri istenen şekilde süslenir, biz antep fıstığı ve nar tanesi kullanmayı tercih ettik.
10.Bu tarifte toplamda 4 adet güllaç yaprağı kullanarak 8 porsiyon tatlı elde etmiş olduk.
