4 adet orta boy patates
5 adet salatalık
5 çorba kaşığı tepeleme yoğurt
2 iri diş sarımsak
2 çorba kaşığı mayonez

Hazırlanışı;
1.5 yemek kaşığı yoğurt,2 yemek kaşığı mayonez ve 2 diş sarımsak derince bir kaba alınarak çırpılır.
2.tuz ve bir tutam kıyılmış dereotu eklenerek karıştırılır.
3.4 adet haşlanmış ve rendelenmiş patates,5 adet rendelenmiş ve suyu sıkılmış küçük boy salatalık ilave edilerek karıştırılır.
4.Gerekirse yoğurt miktarını arttırabilirsiniz.
5.Salatamız servis tabağına alınarak üzerine zeytinyağı gezdirilir.
6.Üzeri istenilen şekilde süslenerek servis edilebilir.
