Malzemeler
1 su bardağı kuskus
1 çay bardağı bezelye
1 adet soğan
1 adet küçük havuç
1 adet sulu domates
2 adet biber
2 su bardağı sıcak su
2 yemek kaşığı sıvı yağ
Salça
1 yemek kaşığı margarin veya tereyağ
1 tatlı kaşığı sebzeli çeşni (tuzot vs)

Hazırlanışı;

1.Tenceremize sıvıyağ ve 1 yemek kaşığı tereyağımızı alalım.
2.Üzerine minik minik doğranmış 2 adet biber ve 1 adet soğanı ekleyip kavuralım.
3.Daha sonra minik doğranmış 1 adet havuç,1 çay bardağı haşlanmış bezelyeyi ekleyip 3-4 dk karıştıralım.
4.Üzerine rendelenmiş süzgeçten geçirilmiş 1 adet domates ve salça ilave edip suyunu hafif çekinceye kadar pişirelim.
5.1 su bardağı kuskus,2 su bardağı sıcak su,1 tatlı kaşığı sebzeli çeşni ilave edip karıştıralım ve kapağını kapatıp pişmeye bırakalım.
6.Demini alan kuskus pilavımız servise hazır.
