3 adet ekmek hamuru (fırından alınmış)
1 kase kaşar peyniri
1 kase küp çökeleği
1 kase taze peynir

Hazırlanışı;
1.Mayası gelmiş ekmek hamurunun içine irice doğranmış peynirler ilave edilir.
2.Evde bulunan farklı yöresel peynirlerle hazırlayabilirsiniz. Ben Merzifon'da yöresel peynirler satılan bir dükkandan aldığım köy peyniri ve küp çökeleği ile kaşar peynirini karıştırdım.
3.Elinizi hafif ıslatarak hamuru yoğurun, tüm peynirler hamura iyice dağılsın.
4.Daha sonra hamuru pişirme kağıdı serilmiş tepsiye alın. Ben evdekiler kıtır kenarları sevdiği için 4 parçaya bölerek daha ince pişiriyorum, siz isteğe göre daha kalın da pişirebilirsiniz.
5.Üzerine sıvı yağ sürerek fırına verelim.
6.Üzeri kızarıncaya kadar pişirelim.
Özellikle kahvaltılarda pratik bir şekilde hazırlanan çok sevilen bir tarif, deneyeceklere şimdiden afiyet olsun.
