Sufle Tarifi İçin Malzemeler;
3 tane yumurta (yumurtalar büyükse 2 tane kullanabilirsiniz)
80 gr bitter çikolata
Yarım su bardağı un
50 g tereyağı
Yarım su bardağı şeker (biz çok tatlı sevmediğimiz için 3 yemek kaşığı kadar kullandık)

Hazırlanışı;

1.İlk olarak uygun bir tavaya tereyağı ve çikolata alınarak kısık ateşte eritilir.
2.Bu esnada fırın 220°C de çalıştırılır.
3.Eriyen çikolataya yarım su bardağı un ilave edilir ve karıştırılır.
4.Karıştırma kabına 3 adet yumurta ve yarım su bardağı şeker alınır ve mikser yardımı ile çırpılır.
5.Eritilen çikolata yoğurma kabına alınır çırpmaya devam edilir.
6.Sufle kapları yağlanır.
7.Yağlanan kapların içerisine karışımdan eşit şekilde paylaştırılır.
8.ısıya dayanaklı olan sufle kapları 220°C fırında 8 dk kadar pişirilir.
9.Fırından aldıktan sonra fırının kelerin ilk sıcağının çıkması beklenir.
10.İlk sıcağı çıkan kekler isterseniz ters çevrilerek isterseniz de sufle kaplarından çıkarılmadan üzerine pudra şekeri serpilerek servis edilir.
