Hazırlanışı;
1.Tencereye 4 su bardağı su ve 4 su bardağı tavuk suyunu alarak kaynatalım.
2.İçine yarım su bardağı pirinci atıp pirinçler yumuşayıncaya kadar pişirelim.
3.İçine yarım su bardağı pirinci atıp pirinçler yumuşayıncaya kadar pişirelim.
4.1 yemek kaşığı biber salçası,1 tatlı kaşığı nane,3 yemek kaşığı unu ilave edip kavuralım.
5.Üzerine çorbanın suyundan biraz ilave edip karıştıralım ve tencereye boşaltalım.
6.Ayrı bir kapta 2 su bardağı yoğurt ve 1 yumurta sarısını çırpalım.
7.Yavaş yavaş çorbaya ilave edip karıştıralım.
8.Tuz,karabiber ekleyelim ve gerekirse suyunu ayarlayalım.
9.5 dk daha kaynatalım.
10.Terbiyeli yayla çorbamız servise hazır.
11.Servis yaparken 1 kaşık sıvıyağda kızdırdığımız pulbiberi üzerine gezdirelim.
