Brokoli çorbasının tarifine geçelim.
1.Küçük parçalara ayrılarak yıkanmış 500g brokoli uygun bir tencereye alınır, irice doğranmış bir adet kuru soğan, küp küp doğranmış bir adet patates, ince dilimlenmiş bir adet havuç tencereye alınır.
2.Sebzelerin üzerini örtecek kadar su ilave edilerek tencerenin kapağı kapatılır ve kaynamaya bırakılır.
3.Patatesler çatalla ezilecek kıvama geldiğinde sebzeler ocaktan alınır.
4.Uygun bir tencerede 2 yemek kaşığı tereyağı eritilir, 1 yemek kaşığı un eklenerek hafifçe kavrulur.
5.2 su bardağı süt yavaş yavaş ilave edilir ve bir taraftan da hızlıca karıştırılmaya devam edilir.
6.Süt kaynamaya başladıktan sonra haşlanmış sebzeler ilave edilir.
7.Çorbada haşlama suyunu da kullanacağımız için suyu süzmedim.
8.Tencereye haşlama suyunun yarısı da eklenerek blender ile güzelce ezilir.
9.Tuzu ayarlanır ve karabiber serpilir.
10.2 yemek kaşığı süt kreması eklenerek çorba 1-2 taşım kaynatılır ve ocaktan alınır.
