1 kg yeşil biber
2 çay bardağı sıvı yağ
3 yemek kaşığı tuz
Hazırlanışı;
1.Yeşil biberleri doğrayarak sıvı yağda rengi dönene kadar kavurun.
2.Üzerine doğramış olduğunuz domatesleri ilave edin.
3.Karıştırın ve tencerenin kapağını kapatarak kaynamaya bırakın.
4.Kaynayan menemene tuzu ekleyin ve karıştırın.
5.Kapağı artık kapatmıyoruz menemenin suyunu çekene kadar yani istediğiniz kıvama gelene kadar bu şekilde pişirin. Biz 2 saat kadar kaynattık.
6.Menemen soğumadan kaynar bir şekilde mümkün olduğunca kavanozlarda boşluk kalmayacak şekilde doldurun.
7.Kavanozun ağız kısmını kurulayın ve kapağını kapatarak ters çevirin.
8.Soğuduktan sonra muhafaza edeceğiniz serin ve güneş almayan bir yere kaldırın.
