Gelelim havuç çorbası nasıl yapılır?
1.Rendelenmiş 2 adet havuç tencereye alınır, üzerine 2-3 yemek kaşığı kadar sıvı yağ eklenerek sotelenir.
2.3 su bardağı su ya da tavuk suyu eklenerek havuçlar yumuşayana kadar haşlanır.
3.Yumuşayan havuçlar blenderdan geçirilerek püre haline getirilir.
4.Ayrı bir tencereye 2 yemek kaşığı sıvı yağ alınır, yarım çay bardağı un eklenerek kavrulur.
5.Unun kokusu çıkınca 1 su bardağı süt yavaş yavaş bir yandan karışım çırpılarak eklenir.
6.1 yumurta sarısı ilave edilerek koyulaşana kadar karıştırılarak pişirilir.
7.Hazırlanan terbiye havuca eklenerek çorba karıştırılır.
8.Karabiber eklenir, tuzu ayarlanır ve 1-2 taşım kaynatılan çorba ocaktan alınır.
