8.Patateslerin üzerine ayırdığımız kıymalı harcın yarısı serilir.
9.3-4 diş kesilmiş sarımsak ilave edilir.
10.Tekrar patates dizilir
11.Ve kalan koymanın tamamı tencereye dökülerek yayılır,
12.Kıymaların üzeri patates ile kaplanır.
dilimlenmiş domatesler de tencereye eklenir.
13.1 çay kaşığı kadar tuz serpilir.
14.1 su bardağı kadar su ilave edilerek tencerenin kapağı kapatılır ve yemeğimiz pişmeye bırakılır,
