2, 5 su bardağı süt
Tuz
1 büyük kase peynir ve maydanoz karışımı

Üzeri için;
1 su bardağı süt
1 adet yumurta

Hazırlanışı;

1.Karıştırma kabımıza 3 adet yumurta,1 su bardağı sıvıyağ,2,5 su bardağı süt ve tuzu ilave edip karıştıralım.
2.1 büyük kase peynirli maydanozlu harcımızıda ekleyip karıştıralım.
3.Daha sonra 1 paket haşlanmış kelebek makarnamızıda ilave edip karıştıralım.
4.İç harcımız hazır.
5.Yağlı kağıt serili tepsimize 3 adet yufkamızdan 1. yufkamızı kenarlarından taşacak şekilde yerleştirelim.
6.Üzerine hazırladığımız iç harcımızın yarısını dökerek yayalım.
7.Üzerine tekrar yufkayı yerleştirelim.
8.Kalan iç harcımızın hepsini döküp eşit şekilde yayalım.
9.Son olarak kalan 3. yufkamızıda serip taşan kısımlarına katlayalım.
10.Üzeri için 1 su bardağı süt ve 1 adet yumurta ile hazırladığımız harcımızı sürelim.
11.180°C önceden ısıtılmış fırında 35-40 dk pişirelim.
