1 yumurta
4-5 diş sarımsak
1 kuru soğan
Bir demek maydanoz
Tuz
Karabiber
Pul biber
2 yemek kaşığı domates salçası
3-4 adet patates
Hazırlanışı;
1.Köftesi için maydanoz,1 adet soğan,4 diş sarımsak ve 1 adet yumurtayı rondodan geçirelim.
2.Daha sonra uygun bir kapta 600 g kıyma,rondodan geçirdiğimiz malzemeler,tuz,karabiber,pulbiber ve 1 çay bardağı ekmek içini yoğuralım.
3.Köfte harcımızdan parçalar alarak küçük küçük şekillendirelim.
4.Fırın kabına 1 köfte ve 1 ince dilimlenmiş patatesi sırası ile dizelim.
5.Sosu için uygun bir kapta 2 yemek kaşığı salçayı,2,5 su bardağı sıcak suyla çözdürelim.
6.Tuzunuda ekleyip karıştıralım.
7.Hazırladığımız sosu yemeğin üzerine gezdirelim.
8.Önceden ısıtılmış 180°C fırında yaklaşık 45-50 dk pişirelim.
9.Yemeğimiz servise hazır.
