Açma Tarifi İçin Malzemeler;
1 su bardağı süt
yarım su bardağı sıvı yağ
1 su bardağı su
1 yemek kaşı şeker
1 tatlı kaşığı tuz
1 paket yaş maya
alabildiği kadar un (ben 4,5 su bardağı un kullandım )
Üzeri için;
yumurta sarısı
çörek otu
Hazırlanışı;
1.Unu derin bir yoğurma kabına alınır süt, yağ, maya, şeker, tuz eklenir yoğrulur ve kontrolü bir şekilde su eklenir.
2.Kulak memesi kıvamında yumuşak bir hamur elde edilir. 1 saat dinlenmeye bırakılır.
3.Dinlenen hamurdan yumurtadan biraz daha büyük parçalar alınıp ilk önce uzun bir şerit yapılıp sonra simit gibi burulur.
4.Hamur bitene kadar bu işlem devam eder.
5.Yumurta sarısı sürülüp bir yarım saat daha bekletip 175 derecede pişirilir.
