Kahvaltıda peynir tüketmemesine rağmen gözlemenin içerisinde zevkle peyniri tüketmesi bizi de mutlu ediyor. Çocukların beğenerek yediği mutfağımızın en özel tariflerinden gözlemeyi yapmak sandığınız kadar zor değil.
Gözleme nasıl yapılır hemen tarife geçelim
1.Yoğurma kabına 6 su bardağı un, 2 tatlı kaşığı tuz, 1 pakete instant maya alınır.
2.2 -2,5su bardağı su yavaş yavaş eklenerek ele yapışmayacak kıvamda hamur hazırlanır.
3.Hamurdan bezeler oluşturulur ve üzerleri kapatılacak kurulmaması sağlanır,
4.1 tane beze alınarak un yardımı ile ince bir şekilde açılır. Hamurun yarısına iç malzemeden serpilerek diğer yarısı üzerine kapatılır ve kenarların yapışması için bastırılır.
5.Hazırlanan gözleme yapışmaz tavada arkası önü kızarana kadar pişirilir. Bu sırada tavayı yağlamıyoruz,
6.Pişen gözleme servis tabağına alınarak tereyağı ile hafifçe yağlanır,
7.Tüm hamurlar bitene kadar bu işlemler tekrarlanır,
