1.1 su bardağı haşlanmış yıldız şehriye,1 su bardağı haşlanmış yeşil mercimek,5 adet kornişon turşu,1 çay bardağı mısır,1 adet közlenmiş kırmızı biber ve ince kıyılmış maydanozu karıştırma kabımıza alıp karıştıralım.
2.Daha sonra yarım çay bardağı sıvıyağ,yarım limon suyu ve tuzu ilave edip karıştıralım.
3.Servis tabağına aldıktan sonra salatamız servise hazır.
